THE WAY INTO THE WOODS

They were no sign boards,

No passer by and no maps

To check my way

I stayed gazing the way,

The way into the woods

They look calm and tidy

They had a charming freshness

With greeneries spread besides them

They were like a baby

Crawling on a green mat

This made me choose

The one less traveled by

But …

I had to travel it all alone

The days had made month

Months had made years

Still I am a traveler

In this lonely path

I had seen gardens with fragrance of roses

I had tasted bitter fruits of wild

I had tumble down from hilltops

But still didn’t stop my journey

Because I am searching for my destiny…

Still far away!

The dawn has come

Now I have to stop for night

And start on the early hours of tomorrow.

So I stop here for this day

On the side of this gloomy lake

Besides this gloomy lake

Rainbows may come

And spread their wings

Over my eyes till next morning…..
