Marathon(poem)

Marathon has already began

I should try hard to be in the front

But alas I cannot!

I saw peoples passing me

They were stronger than me!

Wish I had wings to fly over

Marathon has already began

You should maintain a steady pace

If you want to be in the front

Says my coach from the galleries

But words are easily spoken

And works are heavier than words

Marathon has already began

I want to stay with the pace

To make my place in the middle

Let the stronger be in the front

THE WAY INTO THE WOODS

They were no sign boards,

No passer by and no maps

To check my way

I stayed gazing the way,

The way into the woods

They look calm and tidy

They had a charming freshness

With greeneries spread besides them

They were like a baby

Crawling on a green mat

This made me choose

The one less traveled by

But …

I had to travel it all alone

The days had made month

Months had made years

Still I am a traveler

In this lonely path

I had seen gardens with fragrance of roses

I had tasted bitter fruits of wild

I had tumble down from hilltops

But still didn’t stop my journey

Because I am searching for my destiny…

Still far away!

The dawn has come

Now I have to stop for night

And start on the early hours of tomorrow.

So I stop here for this day

On the side of this gloomy lake

Besides this gloomy lake

Rainbows may come

And spread their wings

Over my eyes till next morning…..

LUCKILY UNLUCKY

I am searching for you my dear friend
Where are you?
You don’t know me
We haven’t met yet
But I had seen you
In the hands of my neighbors
In the lotos of my colleagues
As a beauty with my friends!
I had seen you!
But………….
You be a stranger for me!
Look around, oh my dear friend!
I am with you always
While walking on the roads
While swimming in the pool
While riding your bike
I am with you
But……..
Still you call me stranger!!
